CONFERENCE PROCEEDINGS PUBLICATION

To submit a paper it is necessary to send to the Organizing Committee its electronic version according to the requirements below and PDF-copy of expert opinion on the possibility of publishing materials in the open press (approved by the head of Your organization).

The materials should comply with the Conference topics. The authors are responsible for the accuracy and content of the papers.

The Organizing Committee reserves the right to select the materials for presentation in the conference proceedings.

The publication of materials is free of charge.

The book of Conference Proceedings is assigned to ISBN. The book is indexed in the Russian Science Citation Index.

The distribution of Conference Proceedings Book for absent participants is carried out electronically on request.

All materials in Russian or English must be submitted to the Organizing Committee until

March 20, 2021

REQUIREMENTS TO MATERIALS FOR PUBLICATION

1. Text documents should be in the format of Microsoft Word (.doc, .docx).

2. The paper limit is 5 pages of А4 (including the list of references). Times New Roman, font size – 14. All fields must be 2 cm. Line spacing – 1.0. Page orientation - book. All main elements (title, authors, abstract, main text, bibliography, etc.) are separated from each other by 1 blank line.

3. Paper structure.

–  UDC (alignment to the left);

–  PAPER TITLE (in capitals, bold, center alignment);

– Surname N.P. of authors (bold, center alignment);

– organization, organization address, city, country, contact e-mail (italics, center alignment)

– abstract (width alignment, indentation − 1.25 см);

–  keywords:: 5-10 words, divided with a comma (italics);

– main text of the paper (width alignment, indentation − 1.25 см);

– tables and figures should be in text (figures’ quality must be 300 dpi) (all figures and tables must have number and title, all tables and figures in the text of the report must be referenced). Graphs, charts, etc. must be presented in the form of pictures (jpg, png, tif, bmp) and not have links with other files (for example, with Excel tables). Photos must be as clear as possible;

– after main text over 1 line the list of references should be presented. References in the main text should be in square brackets.

Over 1 line after the list of references the paper title, information about authors, abstract and keywords should be presented in English (for Russian papers). The requirements are the same as for the text in Russian.
